It is now GYOG if you want to do a lot of research. Basically, a pump and dump, over and over. RS and continue (a few times) constant claims of funding in hand, but never signed, talk of buy backs, etc. I don't remember all the details, it's been a long time. Seems like maybe ten years. But, these guys came out of it looking for someone to do a merger with to make back lost money with a defunct ticker symbol, and found the solar company that couldn't or wouldn't go public on its own. Solar is popular right now, so they figured they had it made........
I feel that I want them to prove themselves to me before I would invest a penny, after them being part of that ride.
