The only manipulators who could benefit here hold hundreds of thousands in eligible convertible debt at a steep discount to market. That is what those huge bid walls are all about. I doubt the company is eager to release and news. If the press releases fail to generate any volume those who accumulated all those 9s won't like their position any more.
