Touche. Thank you for bringing some real knowledge and insight to the board. All the endless conjecture gets quite boring.

Rockley has technology similar to DiaMonTech. DiaMonTech's Mean Absolute Relative Difference is 11.3% to 12.1%. Compare to Know Labs 6.7% or less.

Just because they are using photonic technology, similar to DiaMonTech (a small startup), doesn't mean that the accuracy of their devices will be as poor as DiaMonTech's.

If you read the Rockley slide presentation at Rockley Photonics you should experience some alarm. Just the fact that they have 302 employees (109 PhDs,205 engineers) all focused on wearable health sensors vs KNWN's less than 2 dozen employees should be alarming. Other bullets of concern:

- 12 CE customers (from 4*). Deep design wins and commitment. Negotiating volume POs. Significant increase in committed consumer devices customers, now contracted with 6 of the top 10 wearables providers in the world and 12 in total.

- 5 leading medical equipment customers (from 0*). Negotiating volume POs. Includes 2 of the top 10 medical equipment and devices manufacturers with strong pipeline. Acceleration of opportunity via Rockley’s full wearable device.

- World-leading medical and technical partnerships. Collaborations with Mount Sinai Hospital Group and with Caltech, in addition to deep relationships with VTT, Tyndall Institute, and others.

- 182 granted patents (298 pending)

This is not whining or bashing the company. Like you, I own shares in KNWN and believe in their technology but am concerned that KNWN might be too small and too far behind to compete in this space. Their best option at this point might be to get bought by a large chip or consumer electronics conglomerate.
