Short answer is yes if cancer is found early enough, because no man ever died from prostate cancer that didn't escape the prostate, but it's more complicated than that. Unless the actual tumor is imaged within the prostate and Radiogel targeted there (sparing the rest of prostate), Radiogel probably isn't best path to killing the entire prostate because of urethra that runs through it and the adjacent bladder would have to be spared. And that's not considering sparing nerves for sexual function and bladder control. So if tumor can't be imaged well, you're probably back to prostatectomy and resection of the urethra and if you don't want that, then cryosurgery freezing entire prostate twice but sparing the urethra and bladder via circulation of warm saline through those organs during the freezing process.
