I thought it might be interesting for the SFRX stockholders to take a look at what countries no longer allow treasure salvage within their waters. Read and weep. It's also interesting to know that those that have not ratified the treaty are nevertheless adhering to the same attitudes. Find the shipwrecks for us but, oh no, no salvage permits. With this exception SFRX doesn't have to worry because they don't know how to find shipwrecks anyway.
