A company doesn't report an SEC and DOJ investigation if they are NOT the subject of the investigation. Ruins their credibility, makes them unattractive to investors, potential partners and government (BARDA, DOJ, etc.). Cytodyn is filing the reports with the SEC and the SEC knows if they are misrepresenting it. In the 10Q report filed 1/10/22, Cytodyn reported that the SEC and DOJ had expanded their investigations to include HIV, mTNBC communications and the company's investor relations vendors. Sure is very specific to the Cytodyn.

This is silly already. By adding HIV, MTNBC AND IR it is now 100% confirmand CYDY and the insiders are the focus of the investigation.

Will anything come from it? Nobody knows but it is undeniable that CYDY is the target.
