That isn't right - only the inventor can revive a patent that has been abandoned - no one can go in and steal a abandoned patent.

"They expire after 2 years but should any entity want to revisit them they can be revived."

The one patent granted was obviously worthless since it was for a drug and the company hasn't started the FDA approved clinical trials.

No one tried to license the patent.

More bad news - the patent CANNABIS-BASED EXTRACTS AND TOPICAL FORMULATIONS FOR USE IN SKIN DISORDERS - hasn't been abandoned.

Status: Patented Case
Status Date: 03-11-2020

And as usual Turner is listed as a Inventor.

Turner assigned the patent to "ONE WORLD CANNABIS Ltd" on 01/29/2020.

Turner was involved in the share selling scheme from the beginning.

There isn't anything accurate in the post - first the one USPTO patent granted hasn't been abandoned.

"As of Friday January 14/20222 all patents have been formerly abandoned because no action has been taken on them within a specific time frame."

And the patent applications don't expire after 2 years. So you are wrong that any entity can revive the patent application - it has to be only the inventors or who the inventors assigned the patent.
