It’s getting extended because we need form 10 to be filed and approved by the SEC before GS can dismiss it. Once form 10 is approved and we are also pink current GS will have full authority. Then things can start to happen like the name change to American blockchain or the dismissal of Inca hemp. Until form 10 is approved it will be extended.
