Ah ha! The common stock is not voting shares. It is Class B. The voting shares are Class A. So, they can buy or sell as much as they want! As far as I know, only TG Private Equity and JT own voting shares, and I believe JT has 51%. JT will do whatever SBC wants as that is the deal, I'm sure of it. And, he ain't selling!
