NP BUSTED AND BROKE. Sidley will be making a lot more than Cytodyn shareholders. NP needs to have good lawyers to defend him from all the legal issues he has caused. Bad management of Amarex and not paying them, Proxy fight, shareholder class action lawsuit, SEC and DOJ investigations -- ALL NP created problems. Doubt he's sleeping well these days. SEC and DOJ can claw back a lot of his money so he could be busted and broke.
