So, who bought the 3 billion shares? It had to be one or possibly two entities. I vote for TG Private Equity and SBC. It would be interesting to see a list of shareholders, then we would know, but I suppose that is not public information. So, what would be the penalty if they didn't file they bought them?
So, they will do the deal and then file after the fact. Opps! I forgot to put it in the mail! They might even back date it. I've done that with checks. LOL.
