I should say you can see the manipulation of the price on Level II.

Shorting seems to have gone down now and some covering seems to be going on.

When you see constant buys below the Ask on Level II, that's a clear sign of manipulation or covering. But, you already knew that ;)

Also, when you see constant sells above the Bid, something is clearly not right.
