Yep, that would be a key data point to keep an eye on. I do not expect they will increase authorized shares up from 500 million near term, although this assumes the new $42 million Bank Lending facility has no warrants, options or convertible elements attached to it. Until the full details of the deal are disclosed we really have no idea.
Wanda needs to exert mature financial controllership asap - the Company has a chance to build upon this strong quarterly operating performance - I hope they don't blow it.
