I think most of the company assets are tied up by the latest financing deal.

I also believe that there are more acquisitions coming that will be using the proceeds of the $93,000,000 raised, and we really shouldn't be worrying about future financings at this time.

But on one thing I do agree, the depressed stock price will make it harder to raise capital if it does not rally.

But can you imagine how nice capital raising would be with a $10/share stock price?

It happens all the time in the cannabis sector... stocks run from $1.75 to over $10...
