The very idea that anyone thinks an emerging marijuana company would get financing for 95 million dollars at an interest rate below 9% to be paid in cash quarterly, is preposterous(def."contrary to reason or common sense; utterly absurd or ridiculous").. And you are right, it is an open forum, and that is my opinion.
I haven't seen one alternative financing method put forth as a way Dye could have raised the cash cheaper. So they beaotch and moan about the financing, but they fail to present any alternatives...
