Your missing my points.

1. I am outlining where we are relative to defaulted debt. A question everyone should have is where we stand on future lawsuits and when will they end.

2. I am asking reasonable questions as to who is to blame for the defaults. For instance if Javelin was hired to convert Unico to a BDC and was hired as administrative management and keep it within the BDC structure, did Javelin fail? If so why has Unico taken no apparent action?

3. The second round of defaults appear to have been preventable through the simple action of effecting the RS earlier. However it seems that CD's were being issued during a period when there were no shares to cover.

This is not a bedtime story, these are serious issues. You just seem to blow it off, why?
