How do you think they will get a stock with almost 1 billion shares to over $5 to be listed on NASDAQ without a reverse split? I also remember hearing many times no dillution and look at what happened with GGI. Even before, people asked if there were any hidden shares that could be converted or anything like that, and all we were told was that there were 1 million preferred shares still out, then all of a sudden GGI. Trust these guys all you want, I'll wait until the company is being handed off to Aero.IMO
