Press releases and twitter postings are not binding. Filings are what count. Tioga Holdings is registered to someone related to Steve but there is no mention of INTV. So the question is who profits from Tioga Steve personally or shareholders of INTV? Until that is cleared up my money sits on the sideline. Do as you wish. I do still hold shares here but not adding.
