I think it's a 100% owned subsidiary of INTV based on the PR..meaning it's all INTVs.

I'll correct myself.
As much as I can find out, Tioga Holding LLC has ties to Integrated Ventures. An LLC was created, by an agent possibly related to persons at INTV. The LLC purchased the former Danzer property which is shown on the deed transfer.

The "INTV has formed a subsidiary..." can be left up to interpretation as to who actually formed it and why an 8k wasn't filed.
Could be a technicality used to their advantage..
