That case was not just about a name change that was denied.
And that case should not prevent George from refiling a Form 10.
But it may very well prevent any further corporate actions by FINRA until it is settled.

This stock was used and abused multiple times in the past so it should not be a surprise some problems have cropped up. George is new to the custodianship business and I guess he is finding out the hard way it ain’t so easy.
