This isn't all just hinged on a single ruling. This is the end of a decade+ long battle for justice. Court has already ruled in favor of NLST on many steps along the way. This is just GOOG using their power and money to drag things out trying to drain the little guy. But the outcome is already determined. And so is Chuck Hong.

The court ruling is just the cherry on top. The recognition of there patent and liscencing that goes with it is what should be your driving force to invest. Google has already admited to stealing there patent from 2020 forward which means the have to pay royalties from then forward and get some kind of liscencing deal which will not come easy for them if they are not going to pay damages back to 2009. And if google is using netlists tech to be faster and more efficient as one of the biggest tech giants in the world, ask yourself why wouldnt everyothere tech company use it as well to be competitive?

I'll venture to say that not many of the longs on this board are holding only for a court ruling. It's just icing on the cake. NetList is a good company with an assured future of huge growth, even without a GOOG settlement. NLST patents have been validated and are extremely valuable. The 912 is a seminal patent. "Seminal patent is defined as an invention so impactful that it creates or shifts the technology space." Their partnership with SK Hynix is valuable. The fact that they were a NASDAQ company before GOOG tried to bankrupt them and the fact that they could relist now, if they chose, is valuable.

Kind of seems crazy to hold a stock strictly in hopes of a court ruling?

So, I take it you have done no research called due diligence.
NetList has much more than litigations. Many catalysts.
Not going to do the leg work for you. Figure it out.

NetList longs are just a bunch of CrAzy people.
