The reasons it’s falling are simple:
1. There is no clear date anymore concerning Pink Current status. Before, the market thought 60 days after the form 10. That didn’t work out.
2. Filing a correct form 10 that the SEC will accept is obviously more complex than all thought.
3. US traders cannot buy the stock. When 90% of your potential market can’t buy it tilts the Supply and Demand balance to a lower price.
4. The OTC overall is suffering. Badly.
5. Overall, with no end date and waning confidence in George Sharp, the market will value it lower.
The Positives:
1. We know George is committed to getting it Current. He has a team working on it.
2. It’s still got ‘cult’ status, even if it takes another 6 months and goes to .001, once Current and tradable it could pop to 5 cents fast.
3. Many are still holding, especially US because if you sell - you can’t get back in. GOFF traders who sold at .15, etc, missed onto on a run to 72 cents. Imagine if this runs to 5, 10, 15 cents and you can’t buy..
Overall, I believe George will get it Current and will find a solid merger candidate resulting in a share price over 10 cents, if not much higher. It may take until 2023, but so what? People held Apple for 20 years before it started to move.
