Very helpful apenny. I do believe I did my part in the filing/form process. Just getting the necessary confirmation has been my problem.
Will attempt to finalize once again. Etrade seems to be the biggest hurtle right now. That is why I was wondering if ANY person having their shares on account thru Etrade actually completed the process. That would give me fuel, if so, to plow through the Etrade block at this time.
