but reduced maintenance.

Most Hyzon trucks are in Europe where the cost benefit is better due to the cost of Diesel

The real question is what will the equation be like in 2025 when manufacturers have ramped up capacity (and more of them). Trucks will definitely have a place with FC instead of batteries, too many committed to it.

refueling stations are one of costs split across the number of vehicles you buy. only need one or two for a pretty large fleet

Some companies (like Nikola) roll everything into one monthly payment I expect a few financing options are available from multiple sources to make a switch to clean energy cost effective.

Repeat orders, so it doesn't bother them.
You really should read up about this company.

Federal Government is involved with procuring HUB installations, goal is to bring cost down. For some time now, the FED's have also been working with industry on tank design for Hydrogen Fuel, for a few years. Maybe you have see tanks going from 5,000 PSI to 10,000 PSI. Not to mention delivery vehicles for hydrogen fuel. These plans have been in place for some time. With the passing of infrastructure bill, providing money for Hydrogen Hubs etc. The next couple of years will be exciting. Hydrogen is the ultimate fuel.
