That's my sense too - trying hard to restrain myself from getting too carried away on the buys on this one, but getting some small buys in down here. I just don't understand how the MC can be this low - I'm still convinced a lot of younger investors think that buying a stock at .0001 with 30 billion OS is a better buy just because you can buy more shares.
I think people sold in the 30's when news was out because the sale isn't complete and will take until at least April to finalize. So basically they have 0 revenues from that property as of right now.
