The reason that I believe that Old Main is tied in with Schols and Mizer is that they were his toxic lender in the good old days.

The last time I looked Mizer was a tenured professor at Univ. Of San Diego teaching entreprenuerism. That was 5 or 6 years ago, but obviously he would "know" the system.
