Those shares are RESTRICTED. This means they are not “ready to be sold to retail.”

Also, with only 60% of the AS issued, a RS is in no way “inevitable”. The Pref B shares were all cancelled & converted to common shares. Management is in the same boat as retail. Why would they shoot themselves in the foot?!
