8/2019, Lazar sold it to LiveChain and changed to LICH

on 8/31/2021, control of the shell was sold to Vyome Therapeutics who has taken over the filings---waiting to hear from them along with any plans on the share structure---fingers crossed as Vyome is legit

He did really good work I made a ton on Qutr and a few others long story short people don't have the patience or the time in this fast-paced world

He has 5 or 6 new tickers he applied for and I believe got at the end of last year. Only problem is with the new rules we can't buy now. Have to wait until they become current
