I wonder why people are not buying? Oh, that's right, you can't buy with CE in place. If you have money to signup in Canada or somewhere else, you may can. I for one have funds tied up in Fidelity and TD, which neither one will let you buy. When CE comes off, I will buy more even though I am playing free now, because I have confidence this will go to copper soon after it comes off. Then when Prs comes out, no telling how high. If I believe in it , I stay, if I don't believe it, I sell and move on.....
