So explain to us, oh wise one, how were new shares issued for cash without a registration filing with the SEC. That's a new one. I didn't see a new registration statement. Did you? Please provide a link, otherwise we can all assume this is BS. The company has never had any toxic debt.

I haven’t looked in on this in a while. I see OTCM has their security flag for unsolicited quote on their page, but not expert market and they seem to be pink current. What’s going on?

I can smell the desperation of btzi management to get this back to .05. If they don't, there are likely tons of shares issued for cash that will be converted into toxic debt."
