What I post are facts and I provide the links for new traders to follow-up on their own. It takes some time to unwind the deceptions of this company and I have put in the work.

The most recent other company that I provided daily DD this same way did their reverse split last June and they were very aggressive with the press release. I never recall that one ever releasing something so flagrant as to say that dilution would end soon while dumping hundreds of millions of new shares into the market. That was an absolute lie in my opinion. I believe the company has a certain level of legal if not moral culpability for this type of activity. Yet so many here will put the CEO on a pedestal and defend this company. I for one do not have a current equity position in this company.

When will the debt be brought under control and when will the dilution stop?
…We cannot tell yet how much more conversion there will be but the rate and amount are in a dramatic decline. We do see an end coming soon since that has been the direction for much of the past three months…
