It doesn't matter Sanddollar, as if you're going to believe any convoluted story they spin anyway(s). Apparently CDEX chose to embellish their 10Q's and suffer the consequences later. Interesting how Saint MP resigned just in time to make Griffin the fall guy for this one! LOL

It appears as if Griffin sure told a whopper when he said that CDEX doesn't know where the units go. It's as if they intentionally added the little tib-bit below into the SEC filing as part of the script.

"In fiscal 2006, the Company sold and delivered Valimed (TM) units to Baxa which requested the units to be held at the Company's facility in Arizona, pending shipping instructions from Baxa's end-user customer."

Read the whole enchilada. Evidently, Baxa knew they had CDEX between a rock and a hard place because I see zero compromise on Baxa's part.

Hey, did Baxa ever exercise their stock option? Maybe Baxa bought in on the open market when the PPS under .20?

I mean... why won't they, with the meth gun coming and all! LOL
