Good luck and thanks for info I'm not able to PM back. Receiving different instructions from Etrade is disappointing as it would have saved me time. But I've waited this long so what's another few weeks.

Can I get some help so I just finished second document filled out some info and I printed out the V stock transfer the dwac withdrawal and shared cancelation form So I have to fill this out and and send it back to the address in New York just to confirm would appreciate the help guys Also I use ameritrade do I have to contact them and tell them anything

Actually I just got the TTC participation number I called America called ameritrade and they gave it to me thank you so now just mail it back right just V stock transfer by itself
