The fact that Michael L. Ashner and Winthrop Strategic Real Estate Fund would be involved in NYC in some way does not surprise me.

They previously were involved in the liquidation of New York REIT (nka New York REIT Liquidating LLC).

I have a position in New York REIT Liquidating LLC.
