Yeah, I've been slowly going through the list, I would seriously doubt something like AVOT has 177K shares held at DTC, in fact that's probably impossible.

Perhaps it did at one time and now is no longer DTC eligible....and shares were never withdrawn from DTC....not sure that works exactly in that situation....whatever the case it does not seem right based on the trading history.

Also, I wonder how BCDS escaped getting banished to Expert after the rule change was enforced. OTCM may have dropped the ball there, that has not had anything but a Form C filing in a couple years.

It's going to take me some time to go through the list, I can't sit and research stuff like I use to any more due to some health issues.

One thing I did run across thus far that I find kind of interesting and I will be following.....PTZH, this was an OTC IPO that I guess had a promo, the ticker ran to $30+ inexplicably on low volume and got suspended.

Looks like they are trying to come back according to this 8K. They have already gotten to the point where the SEC is not recommending any enforcement action....and they are working with an MM on getting a new 211 filed.

Should be interesting to follow and see if they can do it. If they get the CE off, I might try and get some this time....I stupidly missed that last run, I can't recall what the starting pps was when it first came online but I remember being too cheap to buy it and then missed that big run.
