didn't throw a number out blindly. it is a fact. settlement should be out of question after 14 years. settlement is usually early on.

recap is out of question as no one is willing to put any new money and is the reason loa response that was due sep 30th was likely not answered as scotus ruling sealed off that possibility as it gave fhfa unlimited power to seize your money. all talk of recap is bogus at this point due to scotus ruling.

collins, takings, lamberth all need to ask everything including their opportunity cost and let the judges decide. who cares if it is appealed to scotus again? let it be. i would like the judges award and watch scotus agree with it.
