JJ,
If you do not assume the worst case scenario when it comes to termination then you are setting yourself up for a fall. I remember the story about the old guard dumping all of their shares for nearly nothing and CYGX missing a filing that put us on the pink sheets and into the low penny range and thought man I hope this doesn't happen again. Low and behold they let go of a major, major officer / stock holder who brought in people who bought 10's of millions of shares + from him. They no longer have that confident voice or reassuring guy up there and believe me regardless of the grease that got them there, they are going to be running scared.
So you combine a unemployed stockbroker and a group of guys who hold 30 Million shares + who lost their best friend and I think it spells disaster for the share price. We usually fall in the spring / summer anyways but combine this with a large freefall of investors confidence and almost no news and I would say crisis is going to be a better word. I have nothing to gain by bringing this up and I always have been positive about this stock but regardless of where the science is taking us, the money is going to go fast.
Plan on a long hot summer in TX, lots of people are going to get burned. You'll have only one spiteful person to blame and his group behind him walking away. Goodluck and remember you we're warned.
