Sorry ...I did ask for a more direct line to someone by my 3rd call and they wouldn't give me one. I'd just call, throw the phone on speaker and go about my day until they finally pick up! Better hours to call are 8 am ET and 2pm ET in my experience.
After a couple of days you'll stop hearing their "on hold" music randomly in your head!
