Lots of past manipulation, blocks/walls of shares on ask, attempts at “tree shakings” to scare some into selling or trigger stop losses or flippers hoping to make a few pennies here and there for lunch money or buy more shares lower IF they even get them on such a low float, especially with many others waiting to steal them. Be aware on those trying to get your shares.
Most get caught losing their shares and having to chase on price upswings. Not the greatest feeling to those that have experienced.
In the grand picture of where TDS/$CLHI is headed - THE BIG LEAGUES, I wouldn’t take the risk for a few pennies or losing a number shares that can be a lot more difficult to repurchase at higher price, shares that will hold a much higher future value.
Keep adding shares and building positions, as comfortably as you can in my opinion.
