In addition to these prospects, we have been actively looking into several
key acquisitions. I have always felt growth through acquisition would make a
lot of sense for Grand; however, we have not wanted to rush into any
agreements. Yesterday, we announced that we had finally entered into a
Letter of Intent to acquire an independent record label. It should be noted that we have been
in discussions with representatives from this label for over twelve months. The company has
an extensive operating history, vast array of artists, and a 500+ song catalogue. I believe
this would be a significant addition to our company. At this very moment, we are conducting
due diligence, and we are hopeful that this agreement will be finalized within the next month.
I want to make absolutely sure that everyone understands that this acquisition is on a cash
only basis. We will not be issuing any stock in this agreement.
