Those shares are being flipped...not accumulated...RSI hasnt signaled accumulation...if you toss the float twice in a week that's not accumulation...its HARD CORE flippin'...

The only thing they (the company) managed to do in the last year was FILE BANKRUPTCY (66 Creditors) under Jim Morrisons watch...guess some of that LOreal mojo faded since he left the company over 20 years ago!!
