Thanks for that info! I am sure it will all work out just fine for the new merging companies and for us shareholders! I have seen these types of situations dozens of times get cleared with much smaller negotiated pay backs of sorts to appease everyone involved who have a claim for past business dealings that occurred prior to the mergers taking shape! Sometimes the claimants get offered restricted shares at a fraction of what they are aiming for! It's a case of take pennies on the dollar or nothing at all and usually they acquiesce to accepting pennies on the dollar in most cases and then the judges stamp the cases with their approval and it goes away! Nothing really to be concerned about! ~IMO!
