And if the shares issued are valued at .0005, which is what the offering price was in December, then the 400M shares only equates to $200,000, which leaves a balance of $683,000 to be paid in cash and/or shares.

There is no cash, so if the balance will be paid in shares, in subsequent batches, it could total over 1.8B shares.
