Was delayed due to form 10 being submitted Nov 8th, today it would be effective. I have also heard they may need an entirely new form 10, not sure would think amended would be fine.

There has been no new announcement on div record date, ex div

Also it will be at least $4.00 minimum due to exchange requirements on listing.
