Listen to what the FED is saying. Inflation is over(or at least they'll try) and will be avtively combated.

What comes next is deflation.

10 yr yield rocketing.

People want to be holding bonds in deflationary environment.

You can't hedge inflation with much, but you can hedge deflation pretty easily. Put money anywhere but assets.

Rates are not going lower for quite a while.

Unemployment was 3.9%. Jobs report good. Stagflation(jobs created) bad.
