Acceptable to FINRA and the SEC as opposed to what is need to qualify as a lower tier 'security' in the PINK listing service. Agreed, hopefully PVSP management sees this deficiency as an embarrassment and seeks to remedy it in order to attract a more worthy and sophisticated class of investor.
