Many years of experience of researching OTC share selling schemes - I told everyone from the beginning that OWCP was a scam and the Traveler was a fraudster.

I have seen many OTC scam do a pump and dump and die only to come back to life when a new group comes in.

I have seen IJJP have many lives from the same CEO.

OWCP will come back to life. These OTC shells that aren't revoked always come back to life. It might be a year or two but it will be pumped again.
