The reverse split will happen because it has to happen if EWLL has any chance of seeing the light of day again.

Unicorn or not on 11/9/21 Ewll clearly stated again that they plan on a 1-2000 RS. In fact, they also clearly stated that upon filing of this 10Q they are filing with FIRNA for approval of the RS as it is included in the mentioned "Corporate Actions" that need FIRNA approval.

Now you can ignore that if you choose to.

It just may be the only forward looking statement by Ewll that actually comes true.

Will it be delayed further, maybe. The last RS they did was in the month of February. They are almost out of shares to sell.

At todays PPS the remaining AS (assuming it is accurate) is only worth just under 450K.

They are almost out of shares, possible cash and have no revenue. They do have costs.

What do you think is next? What other alternative do they have?

The current OS is roughly 18.5 billion. What does it take to move a PPS with an 18.5 billion OS?
