The holders of the debt for this company are protected from any dilution including the reverse split. That is true for all notes I have ever seen in the OTC. Any experienced traders would know that. The reality is that those with pending conversions will be very ones lobbying for the reverse split when the share structure becomes untenable for efficient conversions in my opinion.
