many reactions. thanks. great meeting.
one of many highlights imo: "The two principals each own 250M shares approximately so there is 1/3rd of the OS held by insiders. This is very good."

I could be mistaken, but I believe that this single post accoplished more than it's share of good feeling and goodwill. I was truly hesitant about a larger position until now, however I feel much more confident in my initial decision to purchase shares and will look for an opportunity to increase my portfolio percentage. More welcome news I could not imagine. Thank you for a task well done.

Excellent job TradeSwapmeister!!!!

I've just tightened my grip on my shares of this, what is turning out to be, awesome opportunity. the information you've reported makes me feel more comfortable with what I've invested to date. I think a lot of people are going to look back and these current levels and think "if only". I'm not one of them. Well, maybe I'll think why not another Mil or two. I'll be leaving work here in about 30 minutes, rush home and install the trial version of Phoenix and see what I can see.

Great ending to a great week people!! Now settle down with your favorite beverage and watch my BEARS go on to win the Superbowl !!!!!!!

It would seem that your reputation precedes you elsewhere in the market. Providential comments can be found on the Yahoo boards. Interesting posts really, it may behoove you to take a peek at that. FYI

TradeSwapper,

Excellent post, thanks for the field report. You touched on area I have a couple of questions about.

You said:

"I asked them if they would be fully open about their share structure and they said yes. I have asked them to have their transfer agent be authorized to disclose their share structure. They seemed to believe this could be beneficial and I hope they will also address this soon. The two principals each own 250M shares approximately so there is 1/3rd of the OS held by insiders. This is very good."

Q 1. Are these 500m (250m x 2) shares restricted?

Q 2. what is the shareholder count?

If my thinking is correct, the 1.4 b O/S minus restricted shares of 500m leaves 900m shares in the float. If you use a conservative number of say 1500 shareholders, that would mean each shareholder would only have to hold an average of 600,000 shares and the float would be entirely held.

Is my loigic/math correct?
